1. Accounts and Registration

Fees for paid subscription plans are as stated on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable. You must provide accurate billing information. We may suspend your account for non-payment.

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all underlying software, technology, and intellectual property. You own all rights, title, and interest in Your Content.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete Your Content after a reasonable period post-termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Oslo, Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
